  • Your initial consultation is an in-depth exploration of your health goals, presenting symptoms, past medical history, gut health, hormone health, current medications and/or nutritional supplements, diet and lifestyle to gather a holistic and deep understanding of your current health. A treatment plan tailored to you will then be discussed and pathology testing if required.

    • Allow up to 1 hour and 15 minutes.

    • Location: via zoom

    • Your follow-up consultation will occur approximately 3 to 5 weeks after your initial consultation, depending on whether we are awaiting pathology test results. Your test results will be analysed and discussed. A treatment plan will be created using test results, scientific evidence, your symptoms and health goals. A treatment plan will then be sent to you 24 hours after your consult, outlining your health goals, dietary and lifestyle advice, along with herbal medicine and/or nutritional supplementation prescription, if required.

    • Allow up to 1 hour for the follow up consultation.

    • Location: via zoom

  • Review consultations are integral for ongoing treatment to review progress with the prescribed protocol and any adjustments that need to be made for optimal results. Review consultations are generally booked every 3 to 8 weeks. This is also a chance to assess any further pathology, fill prescriptions and ask any questions you may have.

    • Reviews generally go for 30 minutes but allow time for up to 45 minutes.

    • Location: via zoom

  • Ask questions about how a naturopathy consult is run, what we do as naturopaths and whether we are a good match for your presenting condition(s).

    • Location: via Zoom

    • Duration: 10 minutes
