  • Ask questions about how a naturopathy consult is run, what we do as naturopaths and whether we are a good match for your presenting condition(s).

    • Location: via Zoom

    • Duration: 15 minutes

  • Your initial consultation is an in-depth exploration of your health goals, presenting symptoms, past medical history, gut health, hormone health, current medications and/or nutritional supplements, diet and lifestyle to gather a holistic and deep understanding of your current health.

    A treatment plan tailored to you will then be discussed and pathology or functional testing will be recommended if required.

    • Allow up to 1 hour and 15 minutes.

    • Location: via zoom

    • Your first follow-up consultation will occur approximately 3 to 5 weeks after your initial consultation, depending on whether we are awaiting pathology or functional testing results. Your test results will be analysed and discussed. A treatment plan will be created using test results, scientific evidence, your symptoms and health goals. A treatment plan will then be sent to you 48 hours after your consult, outlining your health goals, dietary and lifestyle advice, along with herbal medicine and/or nutritional supplementation prescription, if required.

    • Follow ups are then recommended every 6-8 weeks for continued care and altering protocol as needed.
